Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms define the rights and responsibilities between DOBI AI (the “Company”) and users with respect to the AI phone assistant, automation platform, digital products (such as plugins and e‑books), and all related online services provided by the Company.

2. Definitions

• “Service” means the AI phone assistant, automation features, digital product downloads, analytics dashboard, and any related features provided through the website and dashboard.
• “User” means any individual or business entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• “Digital Products” include non‑physical items such as Money Blog AI, the AI Saju e‑book, and similar online offerings.

3. Modification of Terms

The Company may revise these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. In case of changes, the Company will announce the effective date and reason for change via in‑service notice or email in advance.

4. Use of Service & Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping their credentials (email, password, etc.) secure.
• The Service is intended primarily for solopreneurs and small businesses and may not be used for unlawful spam, fraudulent promotions, or misleading advertising.
• AI responses are generated based on templates and prompts configured by the User. The User bears final responsibility for such configurations and resulting content.

5. Digital Products & Fees

• Digital products such as Money Blog AI and the AI Saju e‑book may be delivered via download or access links for immediate use.
• Due to the nature of digital products, refunds after purchase may be limited except in cases of material defects. Please refer to product‑specific refund policies.
• Plans, free trials, and promotions may be changed according to Company policy, with prior notice where required.

6. User Obligations

• Users must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and in‑service notices, and may not interfere with normal operation of the Service.
• Users may not impersonate others, submit false information, or input illegal, obscene, or infringing content into the Service.

7. Changes & Suspension

The Company may modify or suspend part or all of the Service for reasons such as quality improvement, security, or policy changes. In such cases, the Company will provide reasonable prior notice or, where unavoidable, notify Users afterwards.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Due to the nature of AI models, responses may not always be accurate or up to date. Users remain fully responsible for any decisions made based on such output.
• The Company is not liable for damages caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including network failures or issues with third‑party services (telecom carriers, calendars, cloud providers, etc.).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising in connection with the Service should first be resolved amicably through discussion, failing which, claims may be brought before the competent court under Korean civil procedure.
