• When using the AI voice assistant: call metadata (time, partially masked phone numbers), and optionally call transcripts if you enable saving.
• When purchasing digital products: payment and billing information processed mainly by payment providers; the Company stores only what is necessary for records.

2. Purpose of Use

• Identifying users and managing accounts.
• Providing AI assistant functions, automation, and access to call/booking history.
• Improving service quality, debugging issues, and enhancing security.
• Processing payments for paid services and responding to inquiries.
• Fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, tax, etc.) and handling disputes.

3. Retention Period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, and delete it without undue delay thereafter, except where retention is required by law.

• Records related to contracts and withdrawals: 5 years (where applicable).
• Payment and supply records: 5 years (where applicable).
• Customer complaint and dispute handling records: 3 years (where applicable).

4. Sharing & Processing by Third Parties

We do not provide your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

• Where required by law or by a lawful request from authorities.
• When we engage trusted vendors to provide services such as payment processing, email delivery, and cloud hosting.

Where data processing is outsourced, we supervise vendors to ensure appropriate protection of your data.
